Atlas Pages is a web development company based in Kirkland, Washington. We build websites, analytics platforms, and custom software for businesses across the United States.
Atlas Pages operates an SMS outreach program under the name Atlas Pages Business Outreach. Through this program, we send text messages to business phone numbers about our web development, analytics, and custom software services.

Phone numbers are sourced from publicly available business directories, websites, and listings. By having your business phone number listed publicly, you may receive outreach from services such as ours.
We send a maximum of 5 messages per outreach sequence per phone number. Once an outreach sequence is complete, you will not receive further messages from us unless you initiate contact or engage with our services.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Atlas Pages is not responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier for receiving SMS messages.
You may opt out of SMS communications from Atlas Pages at any time using any of the following methods:
Opt-out requests are processed within 10 business days. We maintain a suppression list to ensure opted-out numbers are not contacted in future campaigns.

When you engage Atlas Pages for web development, analytics, or software services, the specific scope, timeline, pricing, and deliverables will be outlined in a separate written agreement or proposal. These Terms apply in addition to, not in place of, any such agreement.
We reserve the right to decline any project request at our discretion. A project does not begin until both parties have signed a written agreement and the agreed deposit has been received.
All content on atlaspages.com — including text, design, graphics, code, and branding — is owned by Atlas Pages or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our website content without prior written permission. Linking to our website is permitted provided it does not imply endorsement or affiliation without our consent.
Ownership of deliverables produced for clients is governed by the terms of the individual client agreement. Generally, upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables, while Atlas Pages retains rights to any pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies used in production.
Our website and SMS communications are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of any information on our website or in our communications. Any reliance you place on such information is at your own risk.

Continued interaction with Atlas Pages after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
