Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of Mia, an AI receptionist and email assistant for small businesses (the "service"), operated by Atlas Pages LLC ("Atlas Pages", "we"), and to text messages Atlas Pages sends you. By signing in, or by opting in to our text messages, you agree to them. Questions: info@atlas-pages.com

Beta service

Mia is in beta and available by invitation only. Features may change, break, or be removed, and the service may be interrupted or discontinued. We will try to give you notice of significant changes.

What Mia does and doesn't do

  • Mia answers phone calls a business lets it answer, says it is an AI assistant, answers from the business's own information, and records appointment requests and messages for the owner.
  • If you connect a Facebook Page, Mia drafts replies to its Messenger and Instagram DMs for you to send. It answers on its own only if you turn that on, and only within Meta's 24-hour reply window. You remain responsible for what is sent from your Page, and for following Meta's Platform Terms and messaging policies.
  • Mia sorts and labels your email, archives what it classifies as noise, and writes draft replies for you to review.
  • Mia does not send email on your behalf unless you explicitly enable sending, a separate step with its own warning screen. Even then it only sends short answers to routine questions that match your FAQ, under the rules shown to you before you enable it. You can turn sending off at any time.
  • Calendar events are created only when you approve them, or, if you turn that on, when a caller books a free time.

Atlas Pages SMS Customer Care Messaging

By opting in, you agree to receive customer-care text messages from Atlas Pages LLC related to your Mia demo, account setup, support request, and account notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. For support, contact info@atlas-pages.com.

  • You opt in by ticking the unchecked text-message box on the demo request form at /book-demo.
  • We do not send marketing or promotional text messages in this program.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for everything sent from your account, including drafts Mia prepared that you send, and automatic replies if you enabled sending. Review drafts before you send them.
  • Keep your business information in Mia (prices policy, FAQ, working hours) accurate. Mia's replies rely on it.
  • Keep your password secure and tell us promptly if you think your account has been misused.
  • Use Mia only for lawful purposes and only with mailboxes and phone numbers you are entitled to use. Don't use it to send spam or to process data you have no right to process.

AI output

Mia uses AI models. It can misclassify emails, misunderstand a caller, miss something important, or write drafts that are wrong or inappropriate. Always check before relying on it, especially for anything involving money, legal matters, deadlines, or commitments.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or business, arising from your use of the service, including from missed, misfiled, or incorrectly drafted emails and missed or mishandled calls. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim (during the free beta, that is zero).

Ending your use

You can stop using Mia at any time: disconnect Gmail in Connections and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access, for example if these terms are broken or the beta ends. What happens to your data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you before it applies. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
